Wish I could give "0" stars!

Looked at apartments the other day. Nasty, cockroach infested, ugly run down apartments they wanted $735/no! I would NEVER live there. Rather live in the woods in a tent.

I've had a termite infestation since April 2015.. Disgusting & Unprofessional.

It use to have allot of roaches now they do not with massey now has it under control

My spouse and I attempted to relocate from Connecticut to Florida. We visited several apt complexes. Our priority was to find a roach free environment for our children, one of whom has cerebral palsy and severe respiratory problems. Roaches carry an allergen in their saliva that can be particularly detrimental to asthmatics. Many complexes in the area were honest and out of concern for our child, could not guarantee a roach free environment until we stumbled across Oakwood Commons. Javier, the leasing agent guarnteed that the environment was roach free. On the 11th of the month we signed the lease, and realized that the roach infestation was so bad that the roaches literally poured out of the vents in many different colors, shapes, sizes and species. We took many pictures. Because we complained so much, these people illegally withdrew over 3,000 dollars from our bank account three days after we signed the lease then refused to admit to it. We provided a bank statement and the manager Eyvette continued to tell us the matter was being investigated.(which was a lie)..she also went on to say that she had never recieved complaints regarding roaches.(another lie). roaches all over! Tenants also complain about rats .Please google ratings and reviews for this complex on other sites so that u can view pictures and complaints. This place is a rat and roach infested dump! Do not give ur personal info to these people as they will RIP U OFF! BEWARE!!
