Sonia Rico, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician with more than two decades of experience. As an assistant professor of pediatrics in the AdventHealth Residency Program, she sees patients at AdventHealth Medical Group’s affiliated academic practice. Her special interests are in dermatology, infectious diseases and teaching. Dr. Rico is a fluent Spanish speaker who earned her medical degree at the Universidad de Monterrey in Mexico prior to completing dual residency programs at Albany Medical Center in New York and Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, TX.
