Overall

My packages were suppose to be delivered yesterday and nothing, but there driver stated delivery attempted. There are several complaints about this same scenario with this company. I will not order from any more companies that use Lasership as their carrier. Anything good on here has tobe posted by an employee.

Can I give negative stars?!? This shipping company is horrible. Amazon, please for the love of God stick with reputable carriers. I'm tired of leaving subpar seller feedback for a shipping issue they have no control over. Next day Prime delivery huh...I want my money back!

Horrible! Tracking showed my perishable box sat at their facility for 2 1/2 days when it was suppose to delivered the first day. I was told by LaserShip probably delivered to the wrong address but since it is perishable they will not pick up package and re-deliver. Box will be destroyed if they find it. I bet one of the employees ate my food!

Ordered a package from body building.com the shipping was supposed to be 2 days, is been 4 days now and they're telling me that my package was mis shipped to Miami and that I'll have to wait another 2 to 3 days to get it why is this company in business?

Great and fast service. While I lived in NYC LaserShip would deliver my dog's food every month on time with no problem (wag.com). Now in Orlando I ordered from VisionDirect and it arrived fast with no hassle. I'm grateful I haven't had any bad experience with them as most people seemed to have had.

I give these lying, thieving, crooked crooks zero stars! As they stole my daughters beats right from under myself and Amazons noses! Then had the nerve to send me a text saying item was on carrier and then delivered with a signed receipt? Since when have they ever left any signed anything??? Called their ca and they put in a 24/hr investigation! Wtf?? Only 24/hr??!!! Fire them all the while Damn lot of them supervisors, dispatchers, drivers, if you don't like the pay get a real Micky Ficken job!!!! I hope they all catch Ebola and die!!!! Miserable, broke, lying cheats!!!!

ZERO STARS for this company. My package was received in Orlando on 10/30/14. Was to be delivered to Jacksonville on 10/31/14. Status remained in Orlando. I emailed LS on 11/5. To their credit, they did respond within 24 hrs to my email.

"This package has been lost by Lasership. However the tracking reflects otherwise and this is incorrect. We are unable to locate the package. Please contact your Seller for further assistance at 1-866-216-1072." Lol.

Sticky fingers is my guess.

Anyway, the number was for Amazon. I called and they apologized. Said they are sending me a replacement (sonic care tooth brush) item next-day. I should receive tomorrow. I'm feeling this outfit is the "Big Lots" of the shipping industry ! Amazon your experiment is a dismal failure - kick 'em to the curb.... Please.

I really wish Amazon would stick to well known delivery services. I have been buying from Amazon for years and this is the first time my packages are coming from this company and I hope it is the last. I ordered using my brother's prime account so that I could get my order by 8/20/14. Then I receive a message yesterday stating my the package could not be delivered because my address is invalid?!?! I have lived in the same house for 17 yrs and have never had this problem!!!. I called them right away to find out the issue and the rep is trying to find my address on google and is having trouble locating it..what google site are they using?!!? So she finally locates my house and says they will have it delivered for sure by today...it is now 7pm and still no package!!!

I do not think every single person will have a bad time with laser ship but a lot of us do. Win you are in this business you take on the care of the items you are taking form point A to point B and they never make it to the Place were they belong you are failing to do you job and showing very pore integrity in your business. I have had a lot of troubles with Laser Ship most of the time I can get amazon to ship me another one or paypal to get my money back. but its not the faults of this online Business that Laser ship can not do its job right. I have them running one more item to my home for some reason I forgot to tell the merchant not to use Laser ship. this time I will be here all day and ill have my video camera set up so win they say you dropped it off I can prove they did not and see what I can do about it. At this point I think ever single person needs to take it to the BBB.

Had a delivery the other day and it was delivered 2 houses down the street, and no one lived at that address . Neighbor next door to me saw the package and picked it up and delivered to me.

Driver says he can not find my house.

This company is the worse i seen in a long time, no organization what so ever.

Driver report to warehouse at 5am and they still don't leave till about 830 am. waiting for paper work and packages not found in system assigned to driver.

management sucks. You don't make any money don't listen to any thing they said during orientation. you have to make a big investment to start and wait a long time to get your money back. that is if you don't quick after a week. If don't believe me try it.

I purchased a product from Amazon on Oct. 1, 2013 and they used your company, Lasership as their delivery company. I have Prime membership with Amazon and that guaranteed me a delivery date of October 3, 2013. As of 8:30pm EST on Oct. 3rd, I had not received my package.



I contacted Amazon directly which in turn contacted Lasership. I was told by Stacey at Lasership that due to the high volume of packages that my item did not make it out for delivery on Oct. 3, 2013. I was appalled that Lasership would think that was a suitable reason to give to a customer when they clearly in the wrong.



I spent my entire evening on the phone with your customer service trying to find out where my package was and when it would actually arrive. After many phone calls, I was told by Kevin at Lasership that the package would be delivered first thing on Oct. 4, 2013.



My package did not arrive in the morning as promised. Once again, I spent the entire morning and afternoon on the phone with William and Kevin at Lasership trying to find out where and when my package will arrive. During the entire time, both Kevin and William kept telling me that the Orlando distribution center's driver was unresponsive to inquiries regarding the package. It was difficult to get a status on the order. The promised delivery time started out at first thing in the morning on Oct. 4, 2013. Then the time shifted to a noon arrival. After that, it was like pulling teeth in getting any information. Well, let me just say that I finally received the package at 3:00PM EST on Oct.4, 2013.



I run a small business and this item was purchased through Prime because it was time sensitive. I needed this item in order to complete 2 orders from my customers. I was waiting for a product in order to finish my orders. Basically, Lasership affected my business because they didn't deliver my package on time. Basically, Lasership threatened to potentially taint my reputation as a on time provider because they could not execute my delivery on time.



Another disturbing issue is that after contacting Lasership on Oct. 3, 2013 regarding non-delivery of my package, their distribution center updated the package as being delivered. I find that incredibly deceitful on their part. I guess you're trying to make sure that you don't get into trouble with Amazon for not making your deadline.



I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I have received and I am strongly contemplating cancelling my Prime membership. Why pay extra for membership that guarantees your shipments in a speedy time frame if this is the hassle you get as customer? I have been a happy Amazon Prime member for 2+ years but I think this is the end of the road for Amazon and I.



If Amazon continues to choose shipping partners such as Lasership then frankly, they are not a vendor that I choose to purchase from.

There is a lot of reviews on the web about lasership, but I had great experience with them I ordered a Callaway Driver for my brother in-law in Virginia on Amazon. I chose standard shipping which usually takes just a few days to arrive but when I was informed it was being shipped via Lasership, I was worried it might never come after researching the reviews. Long story short, the driver arrived next day so I couldn't be happier.

These people are a joke. They are completely incompetent. They don't deliver on time. They tell the customer lies. They use more excuses rather than fix their problem. I highly recommend NOT USING them until they can grow up and become more professional. I personally would give them ZERO stars if that was an option...I called Amazon and had this company put on my DO NOT USE for future deliveries from Amazon. You can to..just ask..
