If you are looking for smooth experience without a headache go elsewhere !

2 issues I had this this agancy :

1. Request to change the bank account info WASN'T made so we end up paying $35 fee charged by the bank tor the account I was going to close plus $15 return payment fee from out insurance .

2. Request to cansel automatic payment for the exp

i ring endurance policy WASN'T made ! Again! TOTALLY UNPROFFECIONAL service !

Finally we got read of this agent, what I recommend you to do as well so you won't regret !
