IHOP

First of all, I went to Ihop thinking I would have a good time with my sister and son, but I did not. The waiter we had scared my son, who is 10 months old, everytime the waiter came by my son would reach for me. The second is that it took our waiter forever to take our order, which shouldn't have they were not busy when we were there. Next is that the mozzorellle sticks we order came with sauce that just tasted strange. Also my sisters food came out before my sons and mine food, her broccoli was cold which was not suppose to be. When my food finally came I did not get what I ordered. It took over an hour for us to get our food, I was so upset I was about to cry. Then when I asked the waiter what he was going to do about it he said he could not do anything because his manager was not there. Then he left I guess to talk to the manager of the hotel that this Ihop is connected to. When he came back he said he could only take off $1.50 of my $40 dollar bill. I was so upset I just wanted to leave so I paid and left. I did not want to pay because my service and meal was horrible. I feel that I was not taken care of and that is sad because I was a paying customer and I was not taken care of properly. I hope I can have so reasurance that this will not happen again. I probably will not go to an Ihop due to the horrible service I received at this Ihop.
