Had a leak in kitchen plus garbage disposal went out. They came out that day fixed everything I needed. And the tech took my coupon I found on yp.com. Would use again!
We needed a new gas water heater installed on 12/11/13. We deceided to use Harrell based on positive reviews. The plumbers showed up on time and were polite and friendly. However, over the weekend we could smell gas. We called the gas company to check for leaks. They did find a leak at the connection to the water heater. The gas company fixed it for free. After calling and emailing the company did say they would discuss it with the plumbers that were on site. Look elsewere for dependable service involving natural gas fixtures.
I called Herrell Plumbing based on reviews I read researching plumbers in Orlando. Within 2 hours of my initial call to them, Bobby their field supervisor came out. I explained the situation and problem I was having on my water heater. He analyzed the problem and was upfront and straightforward on what needed to be done. You can tell Bobby has plenty of experience. Highly recommend!
