        Nasty Food, Poor Service

        It took 3 times to get my husbands food right, I got charged for water, and the BBQ chicken sandwich has much to desire. All in all poor experience. Waitress was great.

        not good

        Hard Rock food is marginal and the staff was less than stellar. While they have tons of interesting things, you can't walk around and look at it.

        My burger was burnt and my fries were cold. Don't bother with them!
