These guys are ridiculous. Right after they provide service for our community, I have my irrigation lines back up with sand. There are two breaks in my lines and multiple sprinkler heads backed up with sand. Takes me two weeks and 5 phone calls for them to finally get someone with me. They tell me some crock about how irrigation works and how the line receives so much pressure that it will happen over time. I'm sorry, two breaks at the same time a day after their work seems to be a little more than a coincidence. Not sure I could ever trust their work. They explained the county won't reimburse them for anything so there is nothing they can do. God save any of you that decide to go with them.

We have a 1960’s cinder block house with old old pipes that finally gave up the ghost on us. The team of service providers at Frank Gay were excellent! They did a full re-plumb of the house in 8 hours. They were courteous and patient with my curious child who wanted to see everything they were doing and know why they were doing it. The credit team got us approved which was a miracle in and of itself. The appointment maker kept us well informed as to who would be there and when. Soup to nuts, this company was FANTASTIC!!!!!

I have used both Frank Gay plumbing and electrical services for the past 20+ years. Their plumbers and electricians are very professional, courteous and prompt. I would never use another company.

My AC went out on Easter I had call Frank Gay and got prompt service The tech called me back within a n hr And Rick the tech was soooooo nice and soooooo professional He answered all my questions and was wrking at the same time I will get my new AC unit from them and will request Rick to put it in This is one heck of a company I have no problem refering them Thanks Rick so so very much!! They must not need any more business as I have left 2 messages (and also spoke to a "live person when I called" who assured me that someone would get back to me) now regarding my water heater and I have yet to hear back from them.

I had my septic system replaced by them. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. There were plenty of hidden costs that I was not made aware of until half way through. Some "up-sell" items that were described as "needed upgrades" were not even installed after I paid for them! Then had to get a refund after the job was over. When I pay that kind of money to a company to do a job, I expect little to no hassle, and this was all stress and hassle.

Had a tech at my house for 8 minuets told me ac was shot needed new compressor and handler.

kicked them off property. has another ac company come out and it only needed freon. cost me 110.00 oh then frank gay charged me 129.00 after Buz the manager told they would not.

I wouldnt trust them to come to my house so do your research before trusting a company like this

We used Frank Gay Plumbing in Casselberry FL for sewage backup into the house. They were very responsive and they had to come out twice for this issue. Once to snake the sewer and once to run a camera in and take pictures of the issue and that had to be snaked out again so that he could get the camera into the line. They were quick to come out and very thorough in communication about the issue. I had gotten estimates from several other companies for the same work and they were right in line with what I paid for this work. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a good plumber! I had the recent pleasure of working with Frank Gay Services because my AC went out. Frank Gay sent a technician named Gregg out to my house to fix my AC unit because it was running but not blowing cold. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Gregg diagnosed the whole system not just the bad part and showed me the bad Capacitor and flushed my condensation line. He had a detailed checklist which he took the time to go over with me so I could understand how my 12 year old system was performing. I received ZERO sales pitches. And was told if I decided to upgrade my system to a new one within the year he would credit the entire service call towards the new system. HOW GREAT IS THAT?!!!! A friend recommended Franks to me and Im very thankful. I will Definitely call Frank Gay again for all of my service work. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

GREAT IF YOU LIKE PAYING $125. FOR A $25. CAPACITOR. THEY VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEUS BUT MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT, $99. FOR SERVICE CALL ON A MONDAY?? $55. A POUND TO RE-CHARGE? TOTALLY OVERPRICED. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND SHOP AROUND, THESE GUYS ARE TOTALLY OVER PRICED. I UNDERSTAND BUSINESSES GOTTA MAKE THEIR MONEY BUT THEIR PRICES ARE FLAT OUT OUTRAGEOUS. SHAME ON YOU !!!

Excellent Plumbing Service We Provide

Really great service! They arrived sooner then estimated. Our repair man "tito" did an excellent job and was very friendly as well. I would most definitely recommend them.

I own a floral shop, and I have been stocking up on my flowers for the holidays. The worst thing that could have happened - happened!! My main refrigerated case stopped working and my flowers would have all been ruined if it wasn't for Frank Gay Services . I called them and said I need a refrigeration technician immediately, and within 25 minutes I had him here. 25 Minutes!!! He solved the problem quickly, and instead of saying "oh you need a whole new system, or it is an expensive part to fix this" you know like all other service companies do. Instead the refrigeration technician said " some wires shorted out, I fixed it and it should not happen again!! He charged me $ 135.00, and I was back in action. Thank You Frank gay Services !

Frank Gay Plumbing, and Air Conditioning came to my office building for a second opinion and were great. The company that came before them said I needed to replace my whole air conditioning system at the tune of $50,000. Once FGP came out it only took the friendly technician about 30 minutes to figure out that the dilemma was only a small mechanical problem. The quick fix cost around $300 and my unit runs good as new. I can't say enough good things about this company. BRAVO!!
