FDA Services is a for-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of the Florida Dental Association ( FDA ). A dentist-driven organization, FDAS reports to the FDA Board of Trustees, its one and only shareholder. For more than 100 years, the Florida Dental Association has assisted its member-dentists in maintaining the highest ethical and technical standards of the dental profession. As part of that commitment, the FDA recognizes the need to provide a range of insurance coverages tailored to the specific needs of its members, including professional liability insurance. Offering employees an affordable employee-benefits package is an important part of that commitment. It is the best tool for retaining employees, reducing risk and turnover and increasing productivity.
