Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I dont have a problem with there cars, what i do have a problem with is the checking in , if you pay by debit card you are asked for a current utility bill cable etc bit all mine are done paperless, its a pain, iwith all the other details you give it should not be necessary they already use the debit card and take out $200 UNTIL YOU BRING BACK THE CAR, it took three days also before my money was returned to account causing overdraft fees that were not necessary.
