Classic Collision

I had my vehicle towed to Orlando Supercenter Geico told me they were One Stop Shop they took parts off my vehicle when I went down there to sign paperwork I seen the parts off my vehicle then they told me they couldn't fix my axle so I had to have it towed to Greenway Dodge me and while I assume they put the parts back on my vehicle but they didn't he threw it in the back of the truck as it was being towed and being outside and got rained on in my rear tail light got water all in it scratches all over it Greenway Dodge to fix my axle but they didn't even know the parts were in the back of the truck because any professional company once they take it apart they put it back the way they found it when it came to their shop they did not Orlando Super Center has handled the situation very rudely they know they damaged it they know they took it off my truck and damaged if I put in the back of the truck I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the department of regulations they did not resolve this issue by buying a light that they can get for about 50 bucks and put it on I can have it all done for 90 bucks $100 they refused to do so knowing that they took it off and put in the back of my truck Greenway Dodge can verify that's where the part was in the back of the truck I did not put it there and I didn't take it off I have photos on my truck with the rear tail light on that wasn't even damaged in the wreck they took it all through in the back of the truck there were sponsible they're very unprofessional very rude just think it after you had your vehicle there and there was a bigger issue than this how they act I wouldn't recommend these people to anybody

If you ever get in a wreck, choose this shop. I can't brag enough on the amazing work that was done. Not only is the shop the cleanest one I have ever seen, but the staff is so professional and clean cut. I met Kristie and Faisal once I brought my car in. They we're very polite. I then met Eric who was my point of contact the entire time my car was in the shop. He was great with updating me with any parts that were delayed and with the process they were in. As for my car, it looks even better than when I originally bought it. They even went out of their way to paint my passenger door that had a huge and hideous scratch. You can't even tell it was there unless you're about 6 inches away from the door. They even detailed the inside and outside of my car. I travel alot and that car is my baby. I'm extremely glad I chose them. With moving from the Panhandle down here, I thought this would be a stressor, but it was the easiest process.

I will never go here, my wife got rear-ended and the guys insurance company sent her to this place, the bumper still had a dent in it when she brought it home and isn't even clipped properly on one side (oh but it's not their fault it was already like that, uh yeah she got rear-ended duh) anyways, something happened to the brake lines while it was there, not saying it was their fault, but not only did they know that there was a problem and the car was unable to be stopped safely, they didnt tell her about it yet still sent her off in rush hour traffic with brakes that dont work! Putting her and those around her in danger. This is just plain ridiculous. Vengeance is the Lords, but they really need to fix this.
