My regular vet was off the day my dog was really sick and needed to be seen. I took him to Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes. He was seen by Dr. Morales. Dr Morales was great. She was so good and very gentle with him. I really like her. She took a lot of time with him. and explain everything to me about what was going on with him. I like her so much I decided to stay with her and not go back to the vet that I was going to. Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. Place was very clean. Prices were same as every other vets services. Which I had no problem paying because of the great service I received. I highly recommend this place and highly recommend Dr. Morales. She sure knows what she is doing. She did more for my dog then his regular vet, He is responding to treatment much better then the treatment he was on. He seems a lot better now. I'm so glad I picked this place to take him to.

Took me in on a Saturday as an emergency, and they were waiting for me at the door... Wonderful staff, very compassionate and caring. Would highly recommend them. I just moved to the area and would use them again in a heartbeat. Very clean environment too. Was assured that my baby is fine and that they would follow up with me on Monday

RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. First time I visited Dr Adams told me what I'm going to pay and didn't bother to even look at my dog's rash. I had to remind her to do what she was charging me for. This time I came back with my dogs hurt foot and they did their exam and gave antibiotics, I needed to change bandage 2 days later after paying over 220 dollars and they wanted to charge me all over again for exams. Even after already giving me an estimate that was much lower to replace bandage. Their excuse was that it's a different doctor! WHO CARES? YOU ALREADY DID THE EXAM 2 DAYS BEFORE NOTHING CHANGED. So to honor their OWN estimated price they said the doctor will look at my dog but I can't speak to the doctor but only with the tech unless I pay more... THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. I asked if they were joking. I don't care about the price difference, their demands are totally immoral and they should be ashamed.

Good riddance.

The good and the bad

Ok so I have been going to this vet for over 2 years and one thing I have to say is they are very nice ppl. They call you the next day to find out how your pet is doing and seem to genuinely care. I have taken my mom's yorkiepoo, my yorkiepoo and my Olde English bulldog there and they were always very good to them, no complaints; But recently I bought an English bulldog and that was when everything went down hill. The first time I took her there at 9 weeks they gave her DHPPC. At 11 weeks I took her back and they gave her DHPPCLB, little did I know that the L is for "Leptospirosis" This is a shot they should of asked me if I wanted to give her but they didn't. They just gave it to her and my dog had a very bad reaction and had to bring her back to them for some anti-biotics. Got her back like 2hr later :( and had to give her benydril for the next three days for her to fully recover. Next time I saw them I was asked if I was going to breed her, I said maybe and they said was i aware that she would need a c-section to deliver her puppies and they would charge $2,000.00+ for the procedure; on the other hand if I would want to spay her it will run me $500.00+ but I should do it before her 1st heat cycle. After doing some research I found out that it is not healthy to spay your bulldog so early because they will never fully develop their head and chest if you cut of their hormones so early, I also learned that the prices they were quoting me were off the charts and I should not have to pay so much for simple procedures. Anyways, needless to say, that will be the last time we go there. Thank you and I hope this helped

OK so I went back on my word and went back to this place, maybe because I really like the ppl that work there IDK but anyways I was asked about my review that I left on here and was nicely explained about the “Leptospirosis” and the spaying them to soon, I was very happy about how the lady talked to me and explained everything to me. I def see where she is coming from and I understand everything she said, I don’t know if I’m going to keep going back there or not but we’ll see. This here is just what I think about this place and like everything else I do I try and find the best deal for my money so with that said I still think they are pricey in something’s but good with others. Now I have 2 English bulldog and will def be breeding this one but don’t think I would be getting the c-section with them , To end this I would like to say, this Vet is one of the nicest, and caring animal hospital I have been to in Orlando, FL and I am giving them a 4 star because they are good at what they do.
