Dr. Ello is not only a fantastic doctor, but an extremely caring person. He is always extremely informative and up to date on medical technologies, and he treats his patients like family. I was reading a couple of not so great reviews among the many great reviews, and someone said the great reviews are fake, well let me say I am not fake and neither is my family that I sent to Dr. Ello years ago and they are still there too. They all love him and his wife who is his nurse and his son who runs the administrative side of the business. I have been going to this clinic for many years and so has my mother and my husband, and we would never ever go anywhere else. I drive to the clinic from Windermere despite the fact that there are many other doctors closer, and at times my insurance did not even cover him. I still did not switch. Dr. Ello only charges $65 for general care if you don't have insurance and he is worth far more, but that just shows you he is not driven by greed. He does weight control with meds, lipo, botox, fillers, laser hair removal, rf treatments, skin care, ect. He focuses so much on patient care and trying to help people be happy and healthy. The reason I keep coming back is because he is not like any other doctor I have ever met. He truly cares about his patients and so does his wife. Even the staff say he gets them lunch and makes sure they all sit together, and he and his family will not eat until everyone is ready. How many doctors do you know that care that much? Or maybe not even a doctor but an employer? I don't know any off hand. He is always researching and trying to help me because I have a huge problem with my spine, and when I go in he always tells me about new technology. This isn't his job. I will be more than happy to speak with anyone direct, and explain why my family will never switch, and why we all trust him 100 percent. He and his family are amazing and if I could give them more stars I would. He is worth 10 stars out of 5 easily.

Very Happy! I lost over 100 lbs with Alpha. I was at a place in my life where I never expected to be and who I saw in the mirror was not me. As the weight came off I started needing less and less of my diabetic meds, cardiac meds and depression meds. This place was the only place that had a viable plan to fight the fat and beleive me I tried everything from Jenny to Weight Watchers to hCG. You owe it to yourself to try this place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Doctor left me with scars! I should have known when I stepped into this place; the waiting area has park benches for seating! I bought spider vein removal from groupon (again, should of figured) and went to this place. I started with my legs to try it out. First of all, they don't tell you anything! When I got to the room, the nurse or whatever she was said "I will answer all your questions, don't worry." I asked a couple of questions, and before she could answer the doctor came in to do the procedure. So, he went ahead and turned the laser and worked on my legs. It hurt like hell. I was never told that the veins would not go away in a few days, and that it would take over a month to disappear, I was also never told to do anything. I asked if I should put some cream on it or something, the nurse just kept saying whatever you want, aloe will work, treat it like sunburn. Anyway, the legs didn’t turn out that bad, the veins went away but there is some discoloration of the skin. I had two sessions, in the 1st session the doctor had said that the next time we do this he would put numbing cream on it because it was painful for me. When I got to the 2nd session a month later, he completely forgot about it. When I said what about the numbing cream, he said “oh we should have done that like 20 minutes ago, we can’t do it now,” what the hell!!!?? I had to endure the pain once again. I thought the veins on my legs were disappearing so I decided to go ahead and do it on the side of my nose. I had thought about taking off some veins around my cheeks but I didn’t feel completely comfortable with the doctor, so I figured the side of my nose by the crease would not be noticeable if anything went wrong. Well… I was wrong! He used the laser on my nose and again it hurt so bad, but I took the pain. At first, I figured it would be like my legs, and that there would be some scabbing, which did happen, and that the veins would go away. Well…true… the veins mostly disappeared but instead of the veins, there are scars in their place. The crease on my nose has 3 big holes on it now as if my pores were huge. It looks weird, the crease on the nose is now even more pronounced. Pretty much the doctor burnt me and I have scars that I can’t even hide with concealer, at least I could hide the veins with that. I didn’t even care about the veins on my nose to begin with, I just did it because I had the 2nd session (via the groupon) and I thought I might as well. Now I’m actually a bit self-conscious about this. AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have been yo-yo dieting since middle school and have tried just about every product and program on the market. It's not just fats that I have to watch, it's carbs, sugar, sodium and more. The employees and the doctor are terrific, friendly and well-traIned. I recommend this for anyone who wants to lose weight. It's not just for women, men can enjoy Alpha's program, too.

Laser hair removal was the best! At first, I purchased a brazilian package and everything was smooth after 6 treatments. I thought, I have other areas that I now want done. So my second purchase was the full body, unlimited package for 2 years. It was a bit of money upfront but long term I am saving thousands. I also use the medical weight loss to maintain my figure. Studying and eating without being active eventually takes its toll. So all my sorority sistas visit this place and don't forget to tell them who sent ya because I get referral credit! Alpha is Great!
