After several mediocre to horrible experiences at other pediatric dentists, we found the entire experience here to be nothing but fun and very professional!



Dr Heather Gabler manner is so open and communicative with children that despite initial hesitation both my 6 year old and 3 year old relaxed into calm and happy experiences.



"Can we go again soon?" they both asked after the appointment.



Furthermore, Dr. Gabler reassured me that one of my one child's teeth were fine and also immediately found a problem that needed to be addressed for my other child



We did have to wait about 20 minutes to see the doctor, but that was OK because of the great experience.

The Orange Park location was terrible! I was 15 minutes early for my appt, so i could fill out the new patient paperwork. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before even being called to do my XRays. When I was taken back, i noticed everything is open, so you can hear the music everyone is listening to. During the XRays it was obvious that the person using the handheld Xray machine was new/ not familiar with it's use. So after re-doing my bitewings multiple times she finally had someone else come in to help. Seems to me when you have someone in training, you shouldn't put them on their own until they are ready. When the Dentist (Greenberg) came in, he was only in the room for 5 minutes, never reviewed my xrays with me (they do everything behind your chair), only spent around 30 seconds looking in my mouth, much less at my face, suggested additional work to be done, and left. Then i was told to go back to the waiting room and wait to be called to my cleaning... At this point i had been in the office for 2 HOURS!! I told them this was obsurd, cancelled my appointment, stating i never thought i would need 4 hours for a standard cleaning aqppointment, and walked out. Bottom line- they're Dentist is not interested in anything you want to discuss, their employees are not fully trained nor do they understand care coordination or scheduling at all, and they could care less if you have anything else to do with your day. I have heard the orthodonics side is much better, but i will never step foot in either of these places again. And will make sure to advise everyone of my experience with this rediculous place!

I have made two appointments for my children, and almost three weeks later, and a day before their appointments, they call say "oh, we need to reschedule their appointments and there is a issue with their insurance. They are rescheduling due to the "holiday weekend" and there is nothing wrong with their insurance, I check it out over three times. They are NOT doing it right or they just don't care because they want their precious "holiday weekend start off early. VERY, very POORLY business and desk assistants at this office, never, and I mean never, will I go, in which I never even been to and I will notify all my friends and family about this practice. Very poorly educated, non listening, non caring, non-professional office. I do hope they close down, and oh" HAppY EAster", JERKS!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! First off, I had scheduled my new patient exam a month in advance for 9:30. I called the day before to confirm the time. I arrived at 9:30. Sat there waiting... it was 10:20, I asked the front desk person when I would be seen, she told me my appt was at 10, she apologized VERY SARCASTICALLY for the mix-up and said I would be next. A few more people were called that had just walked in. I asked her why I wasn't being seen. She told me there was only 1 specialist room (?????) Ok, well then put me in that room before the others with later appointments!! DUH! 15 mins later... I went up there again... they told me I would be seen next. AGAIN... more people were called in front of me! Room was being prepared for me I was told... 15 mins later... someone else's name was called... I had been there for an hour and a half and had not been seen yet. I got up, told the lady I was outta there and left.

Never, ever have I been to a place and been treated SO rudely by the front desk! And not once did I get a real apology for the appointment mix-up or making me wait. I am a very patient person and never raise my voice in public but this office brought out the worst in me!

On a positive note, I was luckily able to get into another dental office today and they got me in before I even finished filling out my new patient paperwork! And they were all very friendly!! Oh, and they knew my name! That's one thing, the girl at the Greenberg office had to keep asking for every time I would go up there, very impersonal!!!!

Just trying to help you out folks... Trust me... DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!
