Dr. Leonard George Prutsok, MD

I sure don't know what dr. these other people are rating, because it couldn't possibly be the same one I went to! I went to see Dr. Prutsok for a consultation regarding a keloid scar removal. His entire office was unprofessional, from no one being at the reception desk for approximately 10 minutes after I arrived, to not acknowledging me for about 3 minutes after she got to the desk. Then when I went into his exam room and stood up to meet him, he proceeded to sit down in the exam chair to chat. He never got closer than 4 feet from me, not really close enough to get a good look at the scar. He was very unsure about removing the scar and didn't sound confident at all about it. His office was to call me after checking on insurance coverage, and never called me. After 3 weeks, I called them and they still hadn't even checked for me. After finally getting a call back a few days later, I asked for some information from the dr. regarding the procedure, and never got a call back at all.



I finally went to another dr. who was out of network, willing to pay extra for a decent dr. He successfully removed the scar, and I am very happy with his work.
