worst management company I have ever dealt with. Lease an apartment with a no pet policy. Next door neighbors have three dogs that constantly bark, keeping me up all night and making it virtually impossible to study (I am a nursing student). Have been notifying Amy of the Philmoore Company since May about the situation. I withheld rent in September to force some type of action, and was served with an eviction notice. Had to pay rent as I cannot afford the time or money to move. Still have barking dogs. Amy says she has given the neighbor 30 days to address - 30 days starting last week (9/25). I've been complaining since May.
