        Overall

        i work at this Mcdonald's...In the orientation I was told that they like to try and create a family atmosphere. NOT TRUE!...The managers don't talk to you...they just talk at you...They are al so worried about thier points that they don't give a care about whats happening with you...None of them are real managers becuse they only know how to manage the store business...never mind the employee's likes our dislikes...I was working for them for three days...and came to work...the manager was on the phone angry at someone...as soon as she hung up. She tried to direct her anger at me...told me I was giving a bad performance and I had not even been there ten minutes...then tried to blame me for some burnt bacon and I had not even touched the bacon...I asked her...who dose that?... where dose something like that happen...and the answer I got was..30th and Ames...like that was a legitimate excuse...when it was actually a blow off of my feelings...Mcdonalds cares nothing about their employees...they just want their money...
