Long John Silver's | KFC

The service at this store is horrendous. My disabled daughter and her husband ordered a meal inside the lobby, was served their meal, and then just a few minutes after they had began to eat, they were ASKED TO LEAVE (no kidding) by the manager? Bridgette because the lobby was closing. How long does it take to eat a Long John Silver meal anyway? The manager couldn't wait 10-15 minutes? I checked their receipt, and their order was placed at 7:49 PM. Bridgette was kind enough though to offer them "to go" boxes, so at least they didn't have to carry the food out on a tray. If you don't catch the sarcasm in that sentence, you may be a Long John Silver manager. The worst part is my daughter doesn't drive because she is disabled. They did not even have a car to sit in to finish their meal, but had to walk across a busy 4-lane street, part of Highway 75, to a neighboring restaurant to finish their meal, which by that time was cold. I suppose they both could have sat at the bus stop to finish their meal or had a picnic in the parking lot. OR BETTER YET, the store manager could have left them alone in the lobby to finish their meal in peace OR warned them when they placed their order that they could not eat inside. Then they would have had the opportunity to decide to eat a hot meal sitting down somewhere else! At least it wasn't raining -- nothing worse than soggy fish and fries except the service at this store. You get only one star because I can't give you the zero you deserve for the zero effort you gave to extend hospitality to these two diners.
