Taco Bell

Don't know what happened but this place used to have decent service about a year ago. Now the entire crew seems to have this "I don't give a crap" attitude. The quickest I've ever made it through the drive thru is 15 minutes. And that's being only 3 cars behind.

Tonight I tried bypassing the drive thru holdup by going inside to place my order. There was only 1 person in front of me in line, 1 person waiting for an order, no one at the counter to take an order and 8 people in the food preparation area. Half of them were doing nothing but talking to each other. It took the person in front of me hollering to the people in back to get someone to finally come and take our order. I could understand service like this if they were terribly busy but they're not. Their drive thru is ALWAYS backed up because of this particular night crews apathetic approach to food service.I can't believe that this is the same generation of so called workers that are demanding a $15.00 an hour minimum wage.

The people at this taco bell make me want to be a better person. They are always so friendly and so nice! Not just nice, but nice exlamation point! And they seem to either treat the staff really well or just expect the same idk. But they truly are kind and personable, and this is in thirty seconds. Maybe if the people at drive thrus looked their cashier in the eye every now and then, they would notice the incredible customer service they are recieving.

I ordered 3 mexi melts. Simple?? I got home and I had a soft toco and a bean buretto and a hard taco. When I say hard I mean that. The shell was cold and stale. I don't like soft tacos or bean burettos so I paid 7.00 for a bad taco. Would not recomend this location to anyone. The one on 23rd and N. May. Horrible.
