Regal Nails

I went yesterday morning; August 29, 2016. I wish that I would've read the reviews prior to coming because this is the worst salon that I've ever been to in my lifetime! Terrible manicure; he kept my cuticle and made me bleed; he was so rude to me. And he kept trying to get me to get the gel on my nails because a regular manicure was not good enough. I asked him how much it was going to cost and he said $55. I did not want to pay that. Prior to service he told me that it was gonna be $35 to do my feet and my hands. I thought that was OK. He cut my nails real short; I was under the impression that he was going to do acrylic. And then he kept telling me; it will be five dollars more, $10 more, extra charge. I did not want all the extra crap. I told him to do just a regular manicure and I wanted American French manicure. He told me that will be an extra five dollars. At this point I did not care. He did not spend much time on the bottom of my feet and my feet are like sandpaper. Bad

I should've stopped at a real nail salon, but since I was doing some shopping I thought I'd stop here; bad idea. I paid $25 for a pedicure that rubbed off on my way to the car. I came back just for it to happen again. I finally just told them I want a different color. I'm not sitting here 2 hours into this waiting for my second-favorite color to dry. Never coming here EVER again. Bad customer service and they were eating in the front of the salon, making it an unprofessional setting. There was also a bee in the UV drying table thy landed on my foot. I'm never stepping a foot into this unprofessional, bee-infested, expensive shack of a salon.

I went and had a pedi done here on Friday. Paid $25 for it when I got home and looked at the bottom of my feet they still had dead rough skin and looked like the I had chunks of skin out of my feet. I called them they told me to come in and they would fix it the next day. I went in Saturday and the same woman that did them before said she was going to fix them. This lady spent maybe ten minutes on both of my feet. I looked at my feet and said no this is not what my feet are supposed to look like. I stepped out and took a breath of fresh air. My boyfriend went and asked to talk to the manager (who wasn't there). He said this lady said come speak with her. She never stopped working on the lady's hands that she was working on. She then asked me what do you want,I said I want my money back and you can keep what it cost to paint my toe nails. She made a phone call and then tells me they aren't allowed to do that and that I said i wanted more skin taken off my feet. I told her no that is not what I said. I then told her what I said was "fix my feet, this is not what I paid for". Then the lady that did my feet chimed in and said "I did best 100% can't fix you feet they bad" (Exact words) I said "no not the best this is the WORST pedi I have ever had and the bottom of my feet shouldn't look like the Rocky Mountians" I left and went to another salon which will get my praise under their name who fixed my feet. So please trust me ad don't go there unless you are willing to go and pay someone else to fix your feet, or walk around with messed up feet.
