        I really wanted to like this place but every time I come here the service is god-awful. Two visits in a row, the staff has ignored us while we were waiting to be seated; walk by without offering to refill our drinks; and rarely ever refill our fries. Why have endless fries if you never serve more? Our waitress only showed up to seat us, take our order, then give us our check. Whenever I asked for a refill, she seemed surprised. We felt as though she was trying to rush us out of there. The food is okay, but the feeling you get from the terrible service just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.



        Also, it is never busy when we go... so I'm not sure what the excuse is.

        Red Robin has the best burgers...

        Red Robin has the best burgers. I used to eat there quite often, and I've never had a bad meal. Their downfall is their to go service. Whenever you call, even after you pick the to go option, you still have to hold for yet another person after someone picks up the phone. The last few times I've called, they put me on hold for way too long and I ended up hanging up and going elsewhere. I even had one time where I filled out my receipt stating that I left no tip for my to go order, and when I checked my bank account, they took out $3 for a tip. They did take care of that quickly after I called though.

        Best Burger Around

        We LOVE this place. we visit at least once a week. The food is WONDERFUL and the service is always fast as can be. The only downside is that I wish it were closer to where we live!
