Puckett's Wrecker Service

Chris started out with the right idea to help legitimate towing operators in Oklahoma city but it's been years since anything good actually happened and now he has some of the most crooked individuals in the state working with him to screw over all the OWOA members.

Today the 29 th of may I seen a pukett wrecker at 10 am with tall black man driving a flat bed Puckett wrecker stop and pick up a prostitute on Walker and 29 th. Wth? Really ? This is what your drivers do!

I wanted to take some time and thank your team for their help on Saturday. The driver on duty was very helpful in moving the front of the car out so that we could gain access to the front tow base plates which also have us access to the tow hitch as well. I know that you did not have to do what you did which is why a sincere thank you is necessary. Hope you have a great day.

Chris gave us great information that none of our insurance people had given us in the numerous phone conversations. I was impressed with how the dispatcher was juggling incoming calls, customers in the lobby and the equipment operators in the lots. I was impressed with how organized the lots were and how they knew exactly where every vehicle was.

I do want to say on a positive note that Justin is a very valuable asset to your company. I had to make two trips down to Puckett's to retrieve items from my vehicle. ON the second trip he ended up helping me get into the truck which was almost impossible to retrieve a work bag that was wedged tight. In the meantime his pleasant, funny personality was always there even though it was hot outside and we were all sweating like I don't know what. He made the experience from bad to good.

Today started out as one of those mornings where everything seemed to go wrong. I called Puckett's after locking my keys in the car and they gave me the breath of fresh air I needed today. The staff was very friendly and easy to understand and the services were surprisingly affordable. I am thankful for the small piece of mind they gave me today.

These guys are awesome! A friend borrowed our truck and it was impounded and we had groceries that would spoil in the back and these guys went the extra mile to make sure the grub was not spoiled. I will recommend these folks always!!

I have the worst luck when it comes to cars. I had to have a car towed twice in two months because my family doesn’t realize that car maintenance is an essential duty of owning a car. Each time, Puckett’s wrecker arrived on time after I called and my spouse’s and my son’s cars were loaded carefully. You should have seen the look on my son’s face. It was priceless. The cars had no problems being towed to their location, and I feel the professionalism of the drivers serve them well in business. Puckett’s is reliable when you need your car towed. As for my family, I think they learned their lesson!
