        Called about the 3 pizzas they sent out and all of them was burnt . So I called again because it was over 45 min for the new ones '' Marco '' the head manager said he would send out . He told me that he hasnt got to them yet and told me he was to busy right now . So I went up to the store and he had the new pizzas just sitting on the counter so I asked him about it and he says hear you go ... and guess what ... the new pizzas were burnt even more than the first ones . He told me that's the way they look when they are cooked. I could not believe what he was saying . I have had pizzas from Papa Johns here before and the crust is golden brown NOT burnt ! I had to call the district manager and he said he would take care of it . This Papa Johns in Del City Oklahoma has got really bad ! Its dirty inside the store and The manager " Marco " is one rude idiot and he was also dirty and had black crap under his finger nails . Gross !!!

        A pizza order was placed June 25th and order was incorrect Papa johns manager said that she would put on my account that I would get a free pizza. Well of course when I call to use this they some how are not able to find the note. It amazes me that I now will have to call Corporate office on Monday and explain this situation. I wonder how many other customers this has happened to. Papa johns obviously doesn't know what reputation and image mean when it comes to a customer promise. This question will be asked of corporate on Monday as well as how this affects their reputation. I
        Beyond irritated. If a company promises a customer anything it should be upheld regardless I am very dissatisfied with this location we order from this location numerous times. The manager on duty did not take any initiative to even handle this situation or make it right. Very disappointed

        The pizza is allways late and cold then you call up and the head manager who is Marco says its not his fault its the drivers for the pizza to be cold ... WHAT THE HECK !!!

        Never again will I go for pizza hear again ,,,
