Wonderful, easy & fast refinance of my home. I have never been happier with getting one done. Truly unbelievable. If ever you need a great place to keep your life in order this is the place. She always called us back when we left messages and answered all our questions promptly. I did a refinance with OKCU and it was quick, easy and professional. They gave me the information I needed and helped me through the process. It was mostly done on the web and email. Met in the office to sign and done. Great experience for me. They saved me 5 years of mortgage payments with today's low interest rates. Thank you!

850 credit score and it was the worst experience I have ever had getting a mortgage. They know nothing about dealing with veterans, they lied several times about selling the note and they made a mistake on my paperwork saying I was paying 41% interest instead of 4%. They constantly make it impossible to access your mortgage documents online because if you do not constantly use your account they disable online access for some absurd reason. They are horrible.

I loved working with OECU to buy my new SUV. The pre-qualification process was easy, they checked out an embarrassing number of VIN numbers for me and saved me from buying a seriously over-priced vehicle, and the e-sign process to finish up my loan was really convenient. There wasn't a thing about the whole experience I would change. Thanks you guys!!

It was the easiest, most through and quickest experience I have had in a long time. Tammy was wonderfull. Everytime I called she was very patient and very helpful. Experience was great. Tammy is always there to help in any capacity that I need. OECU has been a great financial experience.

The Oklahoma Employee's staff were incredible, they helped me get new car with no hassle's. They had loan approved in a few hours. I was dealing with a dealership out of state who was being difficult, they made an exception to help me.

I have been a member since around 1967, my parents were members, my children have been members and now my grandchildren are becoming members. In the entire time of our family membership and many, many, many transactions, we have only encountered professional, knowledgeable personnel. The overall rating of OECU should be at the highest level possible. This credit union is second to none.

I had a $10,000 5 year old car for collateral and try to borrow $5,000 for my mother's funeral and they turned me down?.? Because a bunch of late payments On my current car loan( I had lost my job) but had one when I tried to get the loan... Wtf are they thinking??? Then they offered to give me the loan if I secure the loan with my own money! Lol what kind of loan is that?!? Lol I needed that money 4 other things...THEY SUCK!! P.S. mom had a great funeral!!!

I had a great experience. I have an account there (and so have my parents for forever), but I still shopped around for a great rate as I was buying my first home. I came back to them because they beat the rate of everyone else, and closed on the date I asked (which was about a month out so it was hard to do). They kept me informed and answered my questions. Even the closing company was impressed with the paperwork and communication!! Loved it. :) My parents had a very similar experience when they built their house four years ago. I'm a happy customer.

No service fees on basic checking? Love it! Good bye Chase Bank. I like how OECU offered me the same low interest rate for my 2 year old car as a new car.
