Northside Tag Agency

I have used this agency for many years and I have always been happy with their service. We got a new car this month and there were some issues that came up when there was a mistake made at the dealer. I called them several times to get some information and they were not only very helpful, but offered some good advice on how to get the mistake corrected. Just paid the tax and picked up our new tag this afternoon plus renewing my driver license. Could not have gone better, even my DL pic was good....... :)

Well, my experience was entirely different from Harvey R.. The clerks were pleasant, effective, timely and cheerful. Only problem I observed was when the computer wouldn't take the clerks' fingerprint and she got a bit irritated at it. My license reissue was smooth as silk.

HORRIBLE RUDE SERVICE.

This is the worst tag agency in the whole of oklahoma city. The 2 older ladies are VERY RUDE. I went in the there to renew my tag and stood in line. Another customer came in and asked if she could get a stamp and they rolled her eyes and were so rude to that client, they made her look stupid. All they had to do was to refer her to the nearest post office. She finally had to turn around and walk away. While she was gone, they started talking rudely about her and laughing right in front of 9 other clients standing there.

If your owner does not read his reviews online then he is a failure. Many other unsatisfied customers with the same rude experience. The 2 old obese ladies and the young guy there are rude, unprofessional and impolite. They all should be fired. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

As the poor clerk was waiting on me, they only got 50 phone calls but still trying so hard to get us out of there and people were being very rude in person and through the phone. From what I witnessed, if they were rude to you, you probably brought it on yourself and tested their patience. They were lovely to me but you get what you give. Remember that they don't make the regulations for your vehicles. IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT!!

I've been going here for years because it's close to home, so I called to get an idea of what I would need to budget for the Tag, Title, and Tax on our new car, and was told rather rudely, "We don't DO those quotes over the phone"!!! I laughed and said, "fine I'll buy my car tag somewhere else", and they just said "fine" and hung up. I got the estimate I needed from another Tag Agency, and Northside Tag Agency has lost me as a customer permanently.

AWFUL PEOPLE! They are rude, vindictive and disgusting in this establishment. I have never seen such a poorly run business. Stay away.
