So my best friend and I went in to get a tattoo. Rude from the get go. The big guy that takes your money. Is a joke. Dude for real whoever hired him should fire him. He is an a$$. You never see him do anything besides sit on his a$$;and make snide comments. Such as... oh you want a pintrest tattoo.

This place has horrible customer service, inconsistent prices they will say one price and charge you another which is not taxes. They are So unprofessional the guy that takes your money gives you change back out his pockets instead of out the broken cash register they have. I was was called out of my name after asking for a refund and yelled to get out of his shop profusely by a guy with bad and rotted teeth. I will never go back and don't recommend anybody to go there. I was the only black person in the shop at the time and got treated like trash.

Ok so they are all rude. They all smell. if you ask a question they look at you like your stupid laughing wtf were you thinking when you asked that. Makes me sick. And on top of that their professionalism SUCKS. I advise all to turn the other direction and run! To Sam down the street on Portland 405-945-6536!!

Between the big guys bad breath and attitude and the non existing help we got walking in the door I couldn't understand why whoever runs the place would waste money on the radio ads to bring people into a place opposite of friendly and professional.

Although the guy was really nice my tattoo turned out AWFUL!!! Its crooked and a bunch of the ink fell out, I'm too embarrassed to go back in and have it fixed because I really don't want him working on me again and he's always there, I guess I should have known better then to get tattooed by someone that didn't have any tattoos but I didnt think they would hire someone who does work like that. Ill go back to get pierced but im taking my tattoo business somewhere else.

My sister and I got tattoos today, he was very caring and courteous, always making sure we were comfortable. After the tattoos were done he made sure we knew how to take care of them afterwards! We will defiantly be back in the near future for more!! Thanks again Isaac!!!

Got my Tattoo from them about three years ago. The tattoo still looks just as amazing as it did on the day I got it. I have a big Rose and Vines and Banners with my kids names. The colors are still looking great. The staff was amazing and i will go back anytime. Actually planing on getting another one in the next few days.

They're like a factory of standard tattoo's. The KATT radio says full custom shop? I sure didn't get that treatment. If you're a hot chick and want a tat that is in their selection maybe ok. I didn't get a tattoo there.

they treat you like your not there i went there today one customer ahead of me there james said it might be an hour or three he was very rude not very buisness like . never said another word to me will not go back

I went to Mystical Illusions about a year ago for a naval piercing and not only did he catch the ring on extra skin but he used the needle to scrape it off. He pierced it crooked and too high up, he obviously didn't use the marks he made as a guide. And to top it all off it repeatedly got infected when I was following their aftercare instructions. I ended up taking it out a couple of months ago and gave up on it.



As for tattoos I know too many people that have gotten crappy ones there that they had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. And they will use your exact tattoo on someone else.



I do not recommend this place to anyone. And from now on the only place I go is Fantasy Tattoos in Gainesville, TX. They do a fantastic job on my piercings and tattoos and I have never heard a complaint about them. So if you want good service go there, don't waste your money on the over priced horrible work at Mystical Illusions.

Loved it here! After getting screwed at Southside Tattoos these guys not only fixed one tattoo but gave me another! My husband also got his ear punched and we were impressed with that as well. The artists are so nice and the owner was just awesome, laid back and not rude at all!!! I will never go back to Southside Tattoos and am plaining my next tattoo at Mystical Illusions. Were going back this wednesday so my husband can get another tattoo. Thanks guys you rock!!!

I have been ther 3 times before with my oldest daughter and she got three piercing from there. I took my youngest daughter in for her 17th birthday and they were so rude about everything. I told them I had left my coupon at home for the buy one get the other half off. They just told me I needed the coupon in order to get that special instead handing me another one or print one off of thier many computers that had in the shop. I had forgoten that you needed a birth certificate when you came in. Both my daugter and me had Legal ID's which the owner Jody Benner was the one waiting on us kept repeating how we need id's and the birth certificate.After I informed him we had id's just not the bc with us. He handle the whole situation wrong. And that was not a good welcome after standing int he's shop for 15 min before getting waited on. When I got upset about it not even making a scene just heading out the door to go get the bc I was told to have a nice week-end. In other words don't come back!!! They need to realize that are not the only game in town!! I used think they were a decent shop but I would never refer anyone to them.

I got my first tattoo at Mystical Illusions and i had a wonderful experience.. i will definitely go back, it will probably be the only place i do go.. they helped put my nerves at ease and told some funny stories..the only downfall i had about it was they didn't give a very good explanation how to take care of my tattoo..(i didn't ask either so that could have been my fault) but other than that..Awesome..Thanks Samantha!

My wife and i recently got tattooed together at mystical illusions tattoos and i'll have to say after getting worked on in England and at South side tattoo's here in Oklahoma they are by far the best that i've had not only did they do excellent work but the environment and out artist Matt were excellent!!
