Mike Earles - State Farm Insurance Agent

I called for a quote in the morning noticed the lady Kelly that I spoke with kinda rude. Did hear back by 3 so I called again to see the status and received the same rudeness but tripled customer service was the worst I have experienced

What an awesome agent! I have been here for 8 years and have never once had an issue. Everyone in the office is friendly and always willing to help! And he has beaten any price I have EVER recieved from anyone!

BEWARE! This agent refused to refund over $276 dollars from a policy I called and cancelled over a year ago. Since I have a number of business insurance policies on auto draft, I didn't notice the $23 coming out of my business acount until my bookkeeper pointed it out. After I pointed it out to the clerk at Mike Earles agency, she told me to go to the tag agency and obtain a written verification stating the date the car was sold -- the tag agent informed me it was illegal to obtain this information and even called the clerk at Mike Earles agency and told her the information could not be released to me. The tag agency clerk was nice enough to provide Mike Earles clerk with the date the car was sold. But, Mike Earles clerk still refused to refund me the amount they overbilled me for and was even nasty about it to boot! Wow! All I can say is they really needed to keep the $276 bucks to pay for the business they loose due to POOR customer service!
