Heat & Air installed incorrectly 2/08. Every winter A/C came on WITH heat. For 6 YEARS Randy Duford, owner, dodged calls, ignored appointments, and pleaded ignorance on a solution. After I turned in to BBB, he called and offered to fix. Couldn't trust him to show, so I paid Sunbelt who showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem in 2 HOURS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RANDY DUFORD. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE. He won't return calls if you have a problem.

Mid City was very friendly and worked with my schedule. They replaced my transformer for a very reasonable price. Thank you Mid City!

Never use this man or his company. He will not back his work in the end. He will not return your calls. Very unprofessional. I would strongly advise AGAINST using him and his company
