McKenzie & Co T Shirts

This company did great work for me until the owner decided to pick and choose who he wants as a customer. Jeff has horrible customer service. He told me the only way he would continue doing work for my business is ONLY if I brought my own apparel to him which is ridiculous since he is outsourced with alphabroder apparel company and this is not how it states his services function on his website or when you talk to them. I was a loyal customer with them for a year and all of a sudden he treated me this way with no explanation and to make matters worse, Jeff had one of his employees relay this information to me as opposed to discussing this with me himself. It is clear that he does not take pride in what he does anymore and that customer satisfaction is not of ANY value to him. I do not recommend using this company. You may have decent service at first, but as soon as you state your preferences it's all down hill from there. DO NOT go to Mckenzie & Co T-shirts for your screen printing.

Nice local folks, and they have been very helpful in design and produced the product on time.

They were very nice people when I met them to design my shirt. But when they emailed me the proof of the shirt I loved it. But once I picked up the shirt it was a way different design and I didn't like it. I was way expensive for a shirt that I didn't even want.
