However it would be remiss if I did not say the following to you.

McClain's will not earn my business. Ever. Full stop.

My wife went into the Ft. Worth location last October (early). They would not negotiate on price at all. Kind of like yesterday, here is the deal, take it or leave it. They would not budge a penny whatsoever. Then said they could not get us financed. It was a shame.

That's why we bought from another dealership in south Carolina. Much better price, and financing with an additional 7 year service plan for free.
Looks like we will be doing that again.

Please tell your sales manager or whoever it was behind the curtain, thank you for perpetuating the same snobbish attitude from last year.

I know its only March and RV season is here, some fool will come in and take the "deal" and think they're getting a good one.

And that's ok too.

As for me and my money, I will spend it elsewhere.

I am writing to thank Brad Wingfield, Jeff Hewitt, J.D., Nick and Justin for working out all the service related warranty issues that we have had with our 2016 Winnebago Aspect.

We recently purchased a used travel trailer from the Oklahoma City location. When it was delivered, we discovered there were many issues with the trailer. We returend it to McClains Sept. 22. It was nearly a month before the work was done on the trailer and we were not getting any good information or customer care from the service department. We were able to reach the parts and labor director and she was very helpful. Within a week of meeting with her, our unit was ready for use. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our travel trailer, including a call back from the service departement after delivery.

Being new to the 'RV world' we had lots of questions for our Sales Rep Mike Wagner. Not only was he patient with us, he answered all of our questions before, during, and even after the sale. It took us a couple of months of shopping around to realize we didn't just need to find a great trailer at a great price...we needed to find someone who we trusted and someone we could call upon when we had a silly 'newbie' question. Our experience with Mike and the rest of the Rockwall store team was a great one! We are customers for life!

I was impressed immediately with Henry's positive take charge customer service attitude. Henry spent an next hour and a half working with me and taking care of the issues I had. By the time I left your Sanger location Henry had resolved all of the things I had asked for. The Sanger location did not get credit for my purchase and some may think Henry's time was not well spent for that reason. What I can tell you is that I have worked with as many as 400 sales people reporting under my line of authority and I would take 400 Henry's any day of the week. He is an excellent representative of your company, his attitude and actions are what customer service is about

I have been coming here the past year. We bought our RV from this place as well as had several services. They do a great job

I didn't actually purchase an RV from here but I did some intensive searching through the lot. The salesman that I dealt with put some pressure on me to buy but he did walk me around the lot and took the time to talk with me on the phone and help me out in any way possible.

My husband and I are local business owners and have three mobile RV's. We did not purchase at McClain's RV however we do have service on our RV's as well as purchase parts. We depend highly on the efficiency of McClain's to keep our RV's on the road. Occasionally it will take a little longer to obtain a part but so far, they have come through for us every time. We enjoy our interaction with the personnel. They are friendly and helpful. Would and do recommend McClain's RV to friends and family.

After making an appointment to repair our fifth wheel that is under warranty, it took them 17 working days just to check out the problems. Very poor attitude and customer service.

Beware!! I would NOT recommend them for purchasing or servicing. We recently purchased an RV there and the sales process, service department and communication was horrible. We were told items would be repaired as part of the purchase price and they were not. The RV was dirty including cups & candy wrappers when we went to pick it up. The items they said they repaired had not been done causing us to have to bring it back two more times. The last time we took it back for repairs the RV came back damaged. The service department claimed they didn't cause the damage and told us we would have to talk to the Sales Manager. We've left the sales manager 2 voice messages over the past week and we still haven't received a call back. This process has been unprofessional with poor customer service.

Mcclains RV Service is great. I have done business with them for over ten years and they are very reasonable and do a great job. The mechanics are well experienced and very informative. The Service manager Reginia is very responsive and Lloyd the shop manager is very informative. I can't say enough positive about McClains Okc. Everyone their is helpful. Their service is the reason I bought my second motorhome from McClains
