Chad, the service manager kept typing up the service order as I read from a list we had already prepared for the appointment. He never showed the slightest hesitation or frustration and all was completed to my satisfaction, including explaining to me why the various things needed attention. Thank you!

We've had an excellent experience with Leisure Time RV. From our initial contact via email with Tom to then meeting Ken and others at the dealership, we have to say everyone went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and informed.

Their technicians seem to really know their stuff, especially David, the head technician.And he didn't mind that I was out there "helping" him at times. I say this , only because I was able to give him some information gleaned from this forum which helped to narrow down the problems quickly although he probably would have done just as well without my "help".

WOW!What a way to buy a RV, the deal was done over emails and the price was set in stone. This dealership has no hidden costs the price you work out is the price you pay. Th RV was just as advertised on the net, and completely to my satisfaction. We drove 320 miles to trade our RV and would do it again without a second thought. This is without a doubt the best way to buy a RV! Everyone at Leisure Time RV is very helpful and professional, I wish they were closer to my home, as I would use them for my every RV need. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a RV. Love the RV, we plan to use it this weekend!

There wasn't anyone who wasn't very knowledgeable and pleasant. It wasn't very stressful.It was wonderful to have everyone explain everything and we cant wait to get on the road.
