I was extremely unhappy with this store. Not only was it a complete mess with boxes and other crap all over the floor, a supposedly Spyderco knife I purchased there turned out to be a complete fake. Even worse, the owner made it clear he would refuse to admit this was the case even if I sent the knife in to Spyderco and obtained written verification (which I did anyway and received a letter stating the knife was fake). Luckily though, Spyderco itself stepped up and made things right by giving me a large discount on another knife. So while I ended up being impressed by Spyderco's customer service, I must also agree with almost all the other reviewers here in not recommending this store.

I understand why this guy has bad reviews. I just called to see if he has a specific style knife in stock and while trying to describe it he interrupts me and says what are you talking about I can't read your mind. If he would listen and not be so rude and let someone finish a complete sentence he might make a sell. But instead I will not ever darken his door and recommend everyone else to do the same.

Went in to ask about a Fallkniven F1 and get my Benchmade Griptillian sharpened. He had the F1 in stock and at the lowest price I have seen. He also put a shaving-sharp edge on my Benchmade in about 2 minutes!

The owner of this business lied and lied to me. The work was supposed to take 3-4 days. It took 3 months! He would tell me to come back on a particular day. I would and the store would be closed! Occassionally, I would leave notes in the mailbox asking him to call me to discuss the work to be done. He would NEVER EVER call me. Finally, I asked for my knives AND my money. He said he would do them that day! Finally, I got my knives back. He did the worst job EVER on my knives!!!! I will never ever go back.



STAY AWAY! He will lie to you and rip you off!
