I have been billed 3 times this month for one account. I have contacted GSS numerous times by phone and visited the office last week. Nothing get resolved. I do not recommend this company due to billing practices and lack of quality customer service.

Terrible company to do business with. They continue to bill us even though our alarm system was never installed and not connected to phone line, leaving us without alarm service for months.

I spoke to GSS this week and they asked that if I was happy with the service to submit an internet review. After I thought about it I have to say that I've been a client for over 10 years. My service calls are efficient, the staff is friendly (after 10 years I work with the same techs and staff), they call fast when my alarm goes off and I have always paid the same 12.99 per month (I've never had a price increase in over 10 years). The local family owners live down the street and they always remember my name when I see them in the grocery store. They are a nice young family. Keep up the good work.

As promised, I wanted to tell everyone that Globelink Security (gssforme.com) is a cool company to work with. Simple and efficient. I shopped 5 companies when I bought my home and they outperformed on every aspect, especially price. Don't even waste your time calling the other guys. A great company with rapid fire monitoring.
