First Time Heat & Air

We just had to replace a 1960s vintage furnace the week of Christmas and our home warranty company sent First Time to us. All workers were friendly and on time and got our new unit installed and heat restored as quickly as possible. Our service technician, John R., was professional, very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. We also like the fact that he will be our assigned technician so we have a familiar face at the door when maintenance or service is needed in the future. We were very pleased.

I had my annual furnace maintenance visit today - the technician, John R., was very professional and helpful in explaining some of the potential issues I should keep an eye on this winter based on the current condition of my furnace. He also noted that one of my CO detectors was placed incorrectly and provided advice on how to install detectors properly. I highly recommend First Time Heat & Air!

Home warranties can be frustrating. Have had to do the waiting game in the past, who is paying what???? First Time made it simple and had amazing service. Brandon is the nicest guy , if anybody calls this company, ask for him. I'm sure their other techs are great , but he's the best in my eyes.

The was my first time using First Time Heat & Air, and I was so impressed. I called at noon and they were at the house in an hour! Brandon was very nice and efficient. I will definitely use First Time again!
