Dental Depot

Have a painful hole in tooth. Called, asked of they took Aetna, they said yes. Said soonest appt was 2 weeks out. That's two weeks of pain. Went in for appt started filling out paper work and they called me up and said "we dont take DMO insurance plans." Really? DMO is better coverage than PMO. Why wouldn't a dental company take that plan? Why wouldnt they tell me that two weeks ago? Now its Dec 3rd and all the dentists are booked up for the holidays. Meanwhile I'm stuck here with a painful tooth for probably past New Years. Thanks Dental Depot!

Went here because they were open on Saturday and didnt have to take off work.Had very bad pain in my tooth and after x-rays she said my tooth was fine, recommended me to a specialist. Well two weeks later I went to my regular dentist a (REAL DENTIST) and the tooth was cracked on both sides. How can someone who calls themselves a Dentist miss that???

Dental depot is Midwest city is awesome! I have taken my kids to dental depot for years and they have always taken care of my family! Love them!

I went there twice for a severly painful tooth ache. The first time I had a cleaning and a cavity filled, that went okay. But when I went in it was for my top back tooth on the right side. They didnt do anything for it. I went backa second time and the pretty much told me that was all in my head and that there wasnt anything wrong, this was after they took a whole bunch of x-rays and poked around inside my mouth for a few seconds. I left and a few days later the tooth began hurting again. Mind you by now I've spent over a hundred dollars going to them and getting nothing done. The third time I said screw it and I went to Gentle Dental. It took some x-rays and a quick examination to find out that I had a infection under the tooth and that it needed to be pulled. I asked the dentist at Gentle Dental why Dental Depot didnt see that and he said he had no idea, it was pbvious on the xrays.

When I was at Dental Depot that Dentist was horrible and uncareing, and was in to much of a rush to get to his lunch than to ask me where it was actually hurting, or what was making it hurt. The assistant was horrible. I guess it was a waste of her time to have toi gas me. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE. IT WAS THE WORST, AND A WASTE OF MONEY. DONT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used these people a couple of times and the support staff itself is excellent. It is the Dentists that I have a problem with. They are rude and have no patients what so ever.
