CSL Plasma

Went in the first time a week and half ago
Everything was good until I got hooked up.
The first nurse was too scared to stick me cause of my muscle so she passed me on to a nurse named Bree. Bree had her mind else where,she didn't stick me right so I ended up wasting an hour on machine. Another nurse who was awesome stuck me in my right arm and I stayed on another hour and they got what they needed.
The problem is that my left arm has been bruised and still is cause of Bree's incompetents and they won't stick me until it heals. If you go ,don't let Bree stick you especially around lunchtime cause her head is not in the game. She should find another job.

CSL will take an additional 2 hours from you that you will never get back AFTER you answer "Yes" to the Diabetis/Cancer question. Dragging the process out after that is nothing but bait and switch. It's that simple!

I went here twice a week every week for many months. The staff was efficient, but friendly. They never made me feel like I wasn't there helping them. It was a really easy way to earn money I needed. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I do find the staff to be a little unprofessional at times. I have been going for about a year. Advise don't bring home to work. The employee who uses this form to express there feeling about there company should be fired on the spot. Have a great day. KEEP giving . We are all here for 1 purpose to help.

As of yesterday (7/2/12) CSL has a huge orange sticker plastered on the front door. This notice is from the Oklahoma Tax Commission and they have closed the clinic down. Its seems that the other reviews were correct about this place; dump-city with dumpy management. There is no telling when it will open again but call before you waste your gas heading down there. I doubt that this is something that they're going to be able to fix overnight...

Dont work or donate at this location. The job itself is not that bad and the people i worked with were nice. But when it came to pay day i had to argue with my manager 3 days in a row about the hours i was shorted and why i hadnt been clocked in and out for the past 2 weeks of working. Not only did the manager treat the whole situation very unprofessionally by telling me "Im sorry your millions of dollars werent on your check." But i called the Corporate office twice to make a complaint all i could do was leave my name and number and they have never responded. As far as donating SOME of the employees at this location have been working here for quite awhile and have become desensitized as far as the donors go. They treat them like cattle and are very unprofessional with their discussions with their co-workers in the presence of donors. This center needs to be restructured beginning with some of the management even their organizational skills are kind of scary considering the products that are made from the plasma collected here. And atleast 60% of their lower-ladder employees to be replaced as well due to lack of professionalism and customer service issues

I gave Plasma at the ZLB plasma center on nw 23rd st. 2 Days ago and still havnt recieved payment on my citi visa card they supplied me with. This just seems very unproffesional to me. Thats the last time im ever going there again.
