Camping World

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. First, we paid $63,000 for a brand new Sierra Forest River 5th wheel with warranties. We are 6 months into this deal and this thing is already in the shop. We told them we are living in it while looking for a house, but does that matter to them? No. They already have received our business, right? Actually, they have received our business twice. We have bought two campers from them. The camper has had several little things go wrong and the shower has leaked into the insulation. We were supposed to pick it up today, called to tell them we are on our way there, AND they had not even pulled it back as of this morning!! They begged us to leave it longer. Um, hello? We have told you we are LIVING in it! We have paid at least a $1000 in diesel, hotels, and in our fridge spoiling (since they never plugged it in and let the battery die). I'm so mad! Horrible service. We are currently waiting on them to finish the minor things..while the shower is left unfixed. They have had the camper SIX days and did nothing.

Went to puchase a used camper from Lee's, now Camping World. Overheard Paul denigrating a customer behind their back, which should have given me an inkling of what was to come. I was focused on purchasing one of three campers that had been advertised online as having reduced prices, that were even lower than what they had online. First, they saleslady showed me three other campers that were better than those online and told me they were in my price range. When I made an offer on one, I was told that the price was more than double what I had been led to believe. Tried to make an offer on the other two, same issue. I went back out and found the three that I had looked at online, picked one to make an offer on and did so. I had to leave and wait until the next day to find out if it was actually going to sell. I had to call them to see if the price was good, then wait for a call back again. Whan I received the call back, I was told that the online price wasn't negotiable after all and asked if I would like it for that price! By then they could've given me the camper and I'd have told them to shove it!! VERY repugnant, dishonest business tactics. I will NEVER darken their doorstep again.

40 miles away called in for a water part before I made the trip. All but run off the phone. Called back, I work out of my camper so water is important, they took a message. The first phone call they told me that they are really busy and short staffed. Drove there, they didn't have the part which is the whole reason why I called first. Short handed they said, nobody wants to work on Sundays. They are open 1 to 5 on Sundays.

Service was slow due to parts ordered took forever, staff in service department were new and un-organized because of that, but the owner could not be nicer. All the staff did their best and were friendly. A little pricey, but first class dealorship.

They charged too much for repair and tried to sell me a 1500 dollar refrigerator when all I needed was a 15 cent fuse. They never repaired the requested items. Paul Sisk Edmond OK
