Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Store

Where do I begin? Chocolate malts, had multible visits where my chocolate malts were made without the malt being added. Ask for hot fudge in a malt beverage, you'll be lucky if you get either one. Ask for both malt and fudge, got neither. Went into the store today to get a small jug of milk, waited a few mins before someone rang me up, they punched in the wrong amount given and he asked someone for help. Standing there waiting and waiting. Someone finally comes over and starts chatting with the register open. Can't give me my change until he rings it up correctly I guess. I got tired of waiting and walked out. These people need to get their shoo shoo together...... Multible visits, because it's the closest one. Want a decent store? I prefer the one off 89th. A little longer drive but they can make the malt with malt and fidget if asked to do so. ☺

Nice and clean. Much better than most.
