I called Asbury Medical Supply 5/10/13 at 4:52 pm cst. I was on hold for 6 minutes before experiencing a few clicks on the line. The clicks stopped, the line was picked up then disconnected at 5:02. I would not, nor would i encourage anyone to PATRONIZE this establishment. I could never trust a business that hires such slackers. Thank you but NO. One less customer for you to be bothered with.

WHAT A JOKE!!! I have been trying to get a motorized scooter for my mother since JULY 2014!!! Everyone in the store is nice, promises to "check on it" and '"call before I leave today." LIES. LIES. LIES. In the meantime my 88-year-old mother is a prime candidate for a fall and broken bones.
Asbury has the Medicare payment. WHERE IS THE SCOOTER? WHY DON'T WE HAVE IT ? IT HAS BEEN 9 MONTHS SINCE WE STARTED THIS PROCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Asbury is a joke i see why you didn't get the medixare bid slow and unxoncerned. Call this morning they just got my orders call back arpund 11 the lady qorking on it out to lunch called back at 150 oh we didn't get the bid for medicare only doing private pay WOW ao why tell my dr office one thing now today you can not make good on tbe order. Bad business practice!

So disappointed these folks will not return phone calls. Have been trying to get medical equipment for three months and despite efforts from my physician, my neurologist and myself all I have gotten when I called were excuses and the run-a-round from the staff and non returned calls. Could NOT recommend this business to my friends and family.

Terrible customer service and don't know how to fit you with the proper mask for your CPAP machine. Try to stretch everything out past 30 days so you will have to purchase new equipment yourself. Don't check downloads on equipment till it is past the 30 days, so if there is a problem, all the expense is on you. Don't use this place as they don't care about the patient. Have to call and remind them 24 hours in advance to send the download to your pulmonary doctor or he won't have the information he needs.

Awesome! Toni is the best and always helps me when I come in to pick up the equipment for my patients. Everyone is very helpful and friendly at the front desk and the operator on the phone is vey courteous!

TERRIBLE customer service, They are rude, abrupt and act like it's an inconvenience to help you. Getting any information is like pulling teeth and they act like you're stupid to be asking questions. Also, the price of nebulizer tubing and mouthpiece (without insurance) is about $25 and is about $10 at All American Medical on SW 44th and Western (who were all very friendly and helpful.) This will be my LAST visit. Get a clue, Asbury!

HORRIBLE customer "service"! In the store for nearly an hour. No one knew how to file insurance, or write a receipt for a cash payment. 18 people running around and not one knew what they were doing! STILL don't have my supplies! I will never refer another patient to this pathetic excuse for a medical supply store after experiencing this level of incompetence!

i have had equipment and medic...

i have had equipment and medical supplies from other companies that were nowhere close to those of asbury medical. the people are caring and thorough. it did take a long time to get the chair, but the medicare paperwork to get the chair customized for me due to my m s was difficult. they stuck to it though and answered all my calls along the way. all their people and steve asbury himself have been the very best. i will get all future equipment through asbury medical.

I have worked with Asbury for ...

I have worked with Asbury for 8 years, my kids equipment and parents equipment all came from them. They are the best! Period!! I don't normally post reviews but saw this person's review post and thought i would defend this wonderful group of people who have treaded my family like family for years.



Sounds like someobody didn't want to pay there bill. Sad they have to abuse and try to drag such a good group of people down.



I would recommend these guys to anybody.
