Asked to change a walk through date because I have dogs who won't let strangers in the house. He refused and threatened to bring the police and have the dogs shot. I've lived in this house almost 10 years and my dogs are almost 10 years old. He was rude and uncooperative and threatening. There are plenty of other management companies and landlords. I recommend going with someone else.

Rude people!!! I had a issue with my heating unit so I called and let them so we could set a apt for someone to come out they responded with well be out there whenever we can get to it, I responded back with I need a set apt,I'm a busy guy,
again they came back with we don't know when, so I said if you can't get someone out I'll have it fixed and take it out of the rent I just need it taken care of I then got off the phone and was waiting for some to call back to see when someone was coming out instead so guy from the property management company called right back with a attitude saying If I did anything to his unit he will see me in court??? Anyway dumb threat.I further asked him if I had anymore checks up there for rent sense I have been post dating checks for about 6 month in advance sense I'm always on the go, his response was I'm not your BOOKIE. So of course this month I was tied up at work and didn't make it down there until 9:15 am on the 5th and they refused my check said I had to get a money order witch I did, kinda laughed and thought these people are just being jerks to be jerks when I got home on the 5th there was a eviction notice to be out in 5 days if not paid of course it had already been paid at 9:30 am after having to go down and get a money order so I disregarded and went about my day now today I get a letter saying they want $46.50 late fee $25 dollar 5 day notice fee and $6.49 legal and accounting fee totaling $77.99
I'm going to check my contract tonight and if it's in there ill pay it but if not I'm going to contact the home owner and let them know who they hired to represent there home on there behalf.I currently rent 3 commercial buildings for our business know one else acts like this.I feel bad for the families that get pushed around by this company and can't do anything because of there financial situation.

They are rude people who dont care about your business. They talk down on you and threaten to evict you for every little thing. They disrespected my wife and do not work with you on anything. They take forever to fix anything, and if you dont keep calling them, they will forget about it.

They way they run the business is horrid. i warn you all to stay away.

I was going through some things in my personal life around the time I began working with them. Even though they didn't know me well they were sympathetic and so accommodating and flexible! I couldn't ask for better service!

My agent has always been there for me when I need her. It's been a great experience working with them!

Rick as our agent, he is excellent and he made the transition so easy as well as pleasant for us. He mediated between the parties and made sure we were taken excellent care of.

I recently moved out of my rental and I am happy because I just learned that I will be getting back a good amount of my deposit. When I lived in the rental I kept things as clean as possible and took two days to clean on the way out so I am happy it paid off. If I move back to the area I will be calling Accurate Realty again.

This is a great property management firm that has been a great time saver and stress reliever. I dont know why i didnt consider hiring a management company sooner.
