Paul K, my electrician has serviced my home on more than one ocassion. After assessing the problem he always explains in detail how the problem will be resolved and the cost. Paul worked quickly but thoroughly and resolved the problem as promised. There was a thorough clean-up process after the job is done. The whole company is a pleasure to work and it is nice to know exactly when they will arrive. My last job was a true emergency and they arrived within an hour of my call.
