I should have had a clue when they were (in their own words) too busy to answer the phone at all for the whole 1st hour they were open.



I have a Seiko high end dive watch with a somewhat unusual band with Pin and Collar pins in it. They can be easily damaged if you aren't familiar with them.



The Lady working there started off with a very surly tone with me then the guy working the counter talked down to me because HE was too much of an Expert to know what "pin and collar" meant.



These people are absolutely devoid of any idea of the meaning of customer service. A 10 on the 1-10 RUDEness scale.



I would avoid this place like Ebola. I walked right out the door. I can see them screwing up my $500 Seiko and then saying they didn't.



I am mindbown that these clowns are actually an Authorized Seiko dealer. As soon as I finish this review I am contacting Seiko USA to inform them of this dealers poor service.



(PS I went to Sammy at Watches Plus in the Paddock mall. He spent about 15 minutes getting my band perfect. $12. Go see him instead for watch batteries and bands. )

TOTALLY the best place to buy and sell coins and jewelry- fantastic experience, very nice staff.

A woman in parking lot was leaving as I pulled in for the first time. She took the time to roll her window down and tell me how she drives from Gainesville to frequent Silver City. I understand why...she is right. Worth checking them out.

They TAKE ADVANTAGE of Senior Citizens, and are DISHONEST



WOW, just WOW

I am a 38 yo medical Professional who is too busy to take an old ring there myself. So I asked my mother to do it, she is almost 68 years old.

The repair was very expensive...well, it is jewelry, it is not a necessity, so that is not my issue.

My issue is when I got the ring back, my Mother didn't notice they had SHAVED the side of the ring, adding lines, to an area that was smooth...worse yet, when my Mother went back with a before and after Picture...THEY OUT RIGHT LIED, and said they didn't do anything. I am looking for an even-clearer pic, and then I am going to spend whatever I have to, to retain a Lawyer and make them pay.

To add insult to injury they told my Mother, "it was just dirty, you didn't want us to give you a dirty ring back did you"? unbelievable.



DON'T try to save Monies at this HACK SHOP, go to a real Jeweler somewhere in town...DON'T SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT RIPS OFF SENIORS AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS...



Shame on you Silver City.
