Southshore Dental Group

Southshore Dental Group has wonderful staff from the receptionists, dental assistants and dental hygienists to Dr. Warner. They are are professional and courteous.

I am hard to please but my hygienist at Southshore is outstanding . She suggested a water pick and it has really improved my checkups.

I've been coming to Southshore Dental for over 11 years now and will keep coming back. They are all really good there and go out of their way to help you out. They'll check your insurance to make sure things are covered and always are responsive to any questions or concerns.

I love the fact that if I have any questions the doctor is always helpful as to my options. I wanted to pull a a tooth but the doctor advised me not to and he helped save my teeth. Southshore Dental is great and I would highly recommend them.

Southshore Dental Group is really awesome. The check in process is really quick and the care they provide is really good. I have nothing to complain about.

I would have rated 5 stars if it were not for the consistent inconsistencies regarding their billing. I went there with a quote of $46 for all services after insurance but was asked to pay $67 at the time the service was complete. It was only until I could prove the previous quote that the receptionist had written out for me that they lowered the price to $46 again.



My wife then went there and had services done. First she was quoted at $27. Then she was told she owed $207 at the end of her visit. Obviously not prepared to pay that much she said she would have to use a payment plan. They said they don't offer one and were unwilling to compromise until there was no other option. When the receptionist was told she was the one who quoted her earlier she denied it.



The receptionist was also extremely impatient and rude.



Despite all of this I have decided to keep it a 4 because of the staff who actually work on your teeth. I just hope they fire their receptionist.

I've been a patient at Southshore Dental Group for ten years now. The entire staff there is so personable that they make you feel like family. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 10 by all standards.

Before coming to Southshore Dental Group I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I absolutely love it. The staff and the doctor all make it such a wonderful experience.

Mike at Kamikaze Tattoo is an amazing artist and continues to exceed my expectations. People are always commenting on how amazing my tattoos look. I honestly would never go anywhere else. He's an amazing artist.

I respected how honest Dr. Warner at Southshore Dental Group was with me. He provided me top-notch dental care services for a reasonable price. Not to mention, the rest of the staff is just a pleasure to be around!

I have been going to Southshore Dental Group since Dr. Warner established himself in Oak Creek. He's a terrific dentist and I've sent many people his way. He's even made a special trip into the office on a holiday weekend for me because of an emergency. It's been a great experience as his patient.

Southshore Dental Group has such an amazing group of people working there. I never feel uncomfortable there because of their staff. They are very friendly and caring, and always do their best to provide excellent service.

I transferred to Southshore Dental Group. It's been over three years since I started coming here. I really like it here. Their motto is pretty catchy "Save a Tooth", they do that and save us a ton of money also.

I was one of those typical people who hated and dreaded the dentist, but now..I honestly kind of like it! I think it is just Dr. Warner and his calming demeanor. Everyone else is really nice too. I have also had a couple teeth fixed so I feel even better with a renewed confidence.

I have NEVER left bad feedback for a dentist or Dr in my life, but I'm still not over the ANXIETY of this appoint. This was the worst experience of my life!! Please do not come with a "health issue" you will be made public display! Not discreet or calming for me. sorry. I wish I had my past dentist, but he moved.

I've been coming here thanks to a friend of mine and I'm glad she told me about it. When I chipped a tooth they fixed it perfectly so you'd never know!

Some of the best staff I've come across. Very clean facility and I feel comfortable being there. Love Dr. Warner as well and his motto "save the tooth!"

Dr. Warner is one of the most kindest and caring doctors I know. During the many times I have had to visit, he always made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. I wouldn't dream of leaving Southshore Dental because Dr. Warner is honestly the best!

I like how convenient the office is, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. They make it easy to set an appointment and the check in/ out process is very fast!
