        East Middle School enrolls more than 600 students and offers classes from grades six through eight. The school s curriculum includes various subjects, such as language arts, math, science and technology, social studies, health education, English, computer science, arts and crafts, music and physical education. It also provides various special education programs for students with special needs. The school offers various clubs and extracurricular activities, including Spanish and German clubs, field trips, school fair, and ski, computer and forensics clubs. It also has athletic teams for cross-country, wrestling, bowling, cheerleading and athletics. The school offers guidance and counseling sessions to students. Located in Oak Creek, Wis., the school is a part of the Oak Creek Franklin Joint School District.

        Mr. DeRubeis is a great principal. The school is very clean and is only 2 years old. It was built in the summer vacation of 2008 so it is recent. East has very kind teachers and they have high WKCE scores.
