Great Clips

I had been going to Great Clips at Grant Park, but due to the attitude and lack of customer service I stopped going there and decided to give the Great Clips at the Howell Avenue location. Just as bad. There was a young receptionist at the desk and I asked how much for a trim for my granddaughter's bangs. Before she could even open her mouth, the hair dresser close to the desk says: Says: $10.00. (This worker is working on someone's hair and is she paying attention to her customer?) The young lady says there is a stylist in the back and she will be right out. I tell the young lady about the trim I want for my granddaughter. Immediately the same hair dresser who had interrupted before pipes up and says: Tell the girl who will be working on her what you need, BUT at the same time the reception is telling me something and they are both talking over each other. I just said: Stop! I can only listen to one at a time. The hair dresser continues to talk and ignore her. Why have a receptionist, if she cannot do her job? Rude, rude customer service. Not going back there again.
