        Overall

        Same fresh, good food I experienced at Smashburger in Alabama. Not disappointed! Love the Chicken, spinach and cheese sandwich.

        Why?

        I have been to other smashburgers and never had tounity wait this long. Im here on a Friday night, getting to go and I've waited 30min. they have one person taking orders, with a line almost out the door. Staff does not apologize or seem in any hurry. Go to any other location, even if it's a drive because you WAIT. This is not my first experience with the poor service here!
