Pooch Palace

We regularly take our Yorkie, Sasha to Pooch Palace for several years and have always had very positive experiences. Every dog gets special treatment. It feels like being at home for Sasha. She is small and there is consideration for a dogs size and temperament. Our Sasha had a medical issue come up while we were out of town and the staff was very attentive to notice and took her to the vet for treatment. I appreciate how Jill called to inform, her recommendation and permission. When we show up everyone remembers her name and Sasha is happy to see the staff as well. It is a relief to be away for a weekend or week and not have to feel our little dog is in stress but is well and cared for.

After over 5 years in Twinsburg we relocated 3.5 miles away at the beginning of March, 2013 to a much larger and nicer facility. We have separate large and small dog play areas inside and outside. There are ceiling fans, skylights, couches in the rooms for sleeping, and huge windows. We have over 6000 square feet plus a large mezzanine area upstairs used for training classes, birthday parties, and community events. We have been rated as the best day and night care facility, providing 24 hour care. We are Cage Free! Please stop in for a tour or call us for more information.

We love Pooch Palace so much! When dropping our dog Jersey off, he runs straight to the door and cannot wait to go and play with his friends! While we are gone, we have no worries about what he is doing, or the care that is being provided. We know that he is being entertained and treated as one of their own. Thanks Pooch Palace! Julie

I bring my dogs Annie and Scruffy to the Pooch Palace on a regular basis. It is a fun place for them to go during the day if I'm out of town on business. Scruffy gets so excited that he starts whimpering in the car when we are getting close. Whenever I leave my dogs there I know they are safe and in good hands with the caring and knowledgeable staff. Both Annie and Scruffy come home happy and TIRED from all the fun they had at the Pooch Palace. Thanks for creating a great place for dogs! Bridget

3 out of the 4 of our dogs come to day care on a regular basis and love it! They are happy,tired dogs at the end of the day. We also use Pooch Palace's boarding services when we go away.It's wonderful to find a place that can accommodate 4 dogs all together and not put them in crates or in a little room alone. They also get to play all day . It's like sending your kids to camp and knowing that that at the end of the day they're having a great time. Thank you for always taking such great care of our dogs. Cole-Train truly enjoyed his stay! When it came time to pick him up, he greeted us and then ran back to see his new friends. I felt really comfortable leaving him at Pooch Palace. Oh, and he slept REALLY well that evening. Thank you! Jacquelyn

Wonderful place! Clean, safe, fun, and loving!‎ We so appreciate the accommodations along with the love and attention our Springer, Danny, receives at the Pooch Palace. We bring him there regularly for day care so he can work off excess energy and have fun playing with the other dogs. We have to use a "code word" for the Palace because he goes crazy when we mention it -- he so wants to go! When we travel, it is so nice to have a place he can go and have fun and we don't have to worry or feel guilty. Thanks Pooch Palace! Liz Houser
