I bought a new 2013 accord based on that purchase i went back and bought a used 2014 civic. The salesman was good very happy with him. They did knock a couple of hundred dollars off the price because i was going to walk away from the sale. Then i went to finance. The man behind desk his handshake was that of a dead fish. Rude... sign here... goodby. I asked where to bring the cashiers check the next day. He pulled out the next persons paperwork. Would not look at me or answer an important but simple question. He knew i was there he told, rudly, talk to salsman. I was asking you because this is a finance question. I was dismissed period. Please leave my office was made clear.I told the salesman had i not just signed the paperwork i would have gone elsewhere. The next day i return with check low and behold i have take it to Mr rude who could not be bothered by my simple question. The second issue. Again i would have walked away because it was so minor but Huggins did not care enough. I got one key. I go to service 175 dollars was the price Huggins told me. We know we charge to much but a locksmith comes and does it for a lot less. This is a Honda dealer cutting keys for Hondas and knowingly overcharges. Had i met finance man or key issue first i would have walked. The rude finance office and key issue are the true face of Huggins.

I have received the rudest treatment twice from a very rude and arrogant personnel that this dealership employs. Her name is HALEY VOGT.

First, when i bought my car 2 months ago, I made a deal with Roman Pough. I went back there twice in the following days to buy the car but Haley Vogt told me he was not there and that she can help me instead. She did not honor the deal I had made with Roman, she was very rude, in every sense of the word, treated me like trash, literary. The worst salesperson ever. Have no idea how she is still there.

Second, I went there today to change the oil for the first time. I was greeted by Haley Vogt, she cut me off and didn’t even want to hear about the first free oil change deal that she insisted to have never offered Free First Oil Change when I bought the car. Not surprised. She was still rude and arrogant, but at this point i have had enough. Huggins Honda should be ashamed to keep in staff a ruthless rude and arrogant personal like her.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Excellent customer service. From the time you walk into the door until you walk away satisfied with your new car you feel the appreciation for the customer. We dealt with Tyler Grant and Kyle in finance who were PHENOMENAL! After visiting about 10 dealerships(which is why I said I know they are the best from experience) in DFW trying to get our trade in to work with negative equity these guys made it happen and for way cheaper than we originally thought! They really have something special here. I wouldn't step foot in another dealership after coming to Huggins. And not to mention, they are the only family owned honda dealership left in the DFW area. And that really shows and makes a difference. Trust me, I can't say enough about the magnificent service you will get here! If you are looking for a new car, make this your first stop!

I have never been so impressed with the service we received than I have from Huggins Honda. Last Saturday afternoon my wife and I were on a date heading to Dallas from Weatherford. We started to have car troubles and were fortunate to pull into Huggins Honda. Tim Kellar went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were taken care of and it is sincerely appreciated. As good as Hondas are, the service from people like Tim is even better and the real reason I drive Hondas. Thank you.
