Handy Food Store

I have been shopping at this convenience store every day for the past twenty years and spend quite a bit of money there in a weeks time. Today I was short changed by the store manager by $10.00. Later when I went back in to ask her about it, she was very rude. She insisted that I haven't even been in there today. I told her I am in that store every day and she knows me. I told her that was fine, but she will come out $10 over when she ends her day. Since this store had a manager change some time ago, customer service has went out the front door along with all the good people they had there. She knew she had short changed me and was very very rude. Just for that I will take my business somewhere where they appreciate it. I will make sure I drive out of my way before I stop in there ever again. Someone needs to teach this lady to show more respect to her paying customers. Bad customer service will drive away business very fast. An don't forget word of mouth is very good advertisement, good or bad.
