Batteries Plus Bulbs

I did not want to even give one star to this place! I sent this email response to my email confirming my order online as written follow up to my call to Battery Plus main corporate office or customer service dept. It reads as follows:Last week I ordered a battery for a digital camera online and paid in full 26.99 for item. Then received call from Shane @ location on North Davis in North Richland Hills,Texas that even though I received email notification saying ready for pickup that they did not have it but would be here Wednesday..that was yesterday'..so yesterday I called to make sure ok come pick up. Shane advised he didn't know if they have it and he would have to.call me back. This was approx 11 or 12:30 in afternoon. My day went on and then about 6pm I realized he has not called? I tried call but location closed. I called him today about same time. I has to remind him who I was and why I am having to continue asking about item purchased last week. He placed me on hold for about 3-4 minutes then proceeded to ask me again what my last name was that I just told him...then he just says no we don't have it..offers nothing more. I advised I just want to be reimbursed for this .it appears I don't know when I'm getting something that showed to be present at that location when I initially ordered it ordered? When I said I just wanted to be reimbursed he said well I have to come there then to do that. He acted as if I did not really matter then ..he wasn't concerned as it appears that he lacked empathy and good customer service skills. I saw him as unknowledgeable every time we talked and basically just non-caring or respectful for my time . I want all money reimbursed and I promise to not call Batteries Plus ever again. The woman I talked to said she try resolve before end day. That was couple hours ago. If I don't get call today they are going to gear it tomorrow. Paid for something 5 days ago and never got!!! Don't recommend this place. Buy somewhere else if you can.
